Intellectual Property

All original content—designs, branding materials, and visuals—created by our team is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party content used for inspiration or reference remains the property of its respective owners.

Revision Policy

We offer unlimited free revisions, regardless of whether the changes are minor or major. Our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the final outcome. Most revisions are delivered within 48 hours of your request.

Refund Policy

We’re committed to client satisfaction and provide refunds in specific scenarios

Refunds are not applicable when:

  • Design samples have been approved

  • Project development has already begun

  • There is a change of mind after confirmation

Refunds are applicable when:

  • A duplicate payment was made due to technical error

  • The refund is requested before design approval or development starts

Quality Assurance

Satisfaction Guarantee

We don’t stop until you’re fully satisfied. Our team works closely with your feedback throughout the process and can also collaborate directly with your printing provider at no extra cost if needed.

Delivery Policy

Final design files are delivered via email within 2–3 business days from design approval or project completion. This also marks the beginning of the timeframe for revision or refund requests. Please monitor your inbox and spam folders accordingly.

File & Record Maintenance

We maintain secure records of your final project files. You may request copies of completed files at any time.

Copyrights & Ownership

Full copyright ownership of your project transfers to you once final payment has been made and files are delivered. Until then, all creative rights remain with Dominant Edge Branding.

Stock Content Usage

When applicable, we use royalty-free, non-exclusive stock content licensed for web use only. Print licensing or commercial redistribution requires a separate agreement. We retain records of image sources for up to 6 months.

Customer Support

We offer 24/7 customer support through phone, email, and client account messaging to ensure smooth communication and project updates.

Anti-Fraud Policy

All fraudulent activities, including unauthorized payments or use of stolen credit cards, are reported to relevant authorities. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for cybercrime.
